Santa Maria Hostel, Fort Kochi

We had an amazing stay at Santa Maria Hostel in Fort Kochi. From the moment we checked in, the staff made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully painted. We loved spending evenings on the laid-back roof space, enjoying the cool breeze under the earthen tile roof. the hostel's location was perfect, right next to the beach and various public transportation options. the food at the hostel was delicious and affordable. But what made our stay truly memorable was the friendly and hospitable community of people both visiting and working there. They made us feel like we were catching up with old friends. We can't wait to visit Santa Maria again!

We had an incredible night of sleep at Santa Maria Hostel - whatever is in that mattress is excellent. the staff was very friendly and super helpful in recommending/booking anything we needed. We booked an AC room which was definitely the right move as it was very hot. the en suite bathroom was clean and got the job done. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Cons: None 🙌.

I had an amazing stay at Santa Maria! The hostel had a great location, close to the ferry and other attractions in Fort Kochi. The staff, especially Diljith, were helpful and made me feel at home. The hostel had a laid-back atmosphere and I met some wonderful fellow travelers. The kitchen was a nice bonus and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Santa Maria for a nice stay in Fort Kochi.

Located in the heart of Fort Kochi, near the ferry station, this hostel makes it convenient to explore the area by water. the hostel is in a central location making it is easy to explore the main area of Fort Kochi. Guests can easily travel around the city by ferry from the nearby station.

The hostel does not offer breakfast.

I got great value for my money at Santa Maria Hostel in Fort Kochi. The room was clean, spacious, and had a laid-back vibe. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and close to public transport. But what really made my stay special was the amazing staff. They treated me like an old friend and were always there to help with travel guidance and information.

Who needs clean rooms and toilets anyway? Plus, it's so much fun trying to figure out if the sheets are dirty or just really old.

The location of this hostel is unbeatable! It's situated in the heart of the main area and it's easy to travel by ferry to the attractions nearby. The hotel facilities are great, and the cleanliness is excellent. the staff is cute and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious.

The team here is super welcoming, making solo travel a breeze. The beds are incredibly comfortable with handy storage containers underneath. The location is mind-blowing, just minutes away from all attractions. The local walking tours and late-night cooking experiences were jaw-dropping. The staff, especially the lady at reception, was amazing. The vibe was so fun with other guests. a super experience with free wi-fi, parking, cookware, shared kitchen, lounge area.

The breakfast was satisfactory, and I enjoyed the company of the other travelers there. the location of the hostel was strategic, close to many attractions and amenities. the local walking tours organized by the staff were refreshing and informative.

The partying at night was unbearable, with loud music and drums playing until the early hours of the morning. the staff was unable to contain the noise, and it disrupted our sleep.
